We want you to love every Snowfall piece. If something isn't right, here's how we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email us at micahnjacob@gmail.com or use our contact form with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
We'll reply within 1–2 business days with your return instructions and return address.
Ship the item back and send us the tracking number.

Please don't send items back without contacting us first — returns sent to the wrong address can't be processed.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless your item arrived damaged, defective or wrong. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Sizes and exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. Every product page has a size guide to help you choose — see our Size Guide.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected (or your damaged-item claim is approved), we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Original shipping was free, so there's nothing extra to deduct.
